Renovation of Concrete Structure – Majles, Abu Dhabi

Remove defective concrete down to sound concrete, expose corroded reinforcement.
Clean the corroded reinforcement using blasting techniques.
Re-profile repair area and strengthening of concrete structures by spray applied concrete either by wet or dry spray technique. Installation of additional reinforcement where the thickness of spray concrete was exceeding 4 cm.
Spot repair with Polymer Cement Concrete (PCC).
Surface protection of the concrete according to the requirements, like protection against the ingress of moisture and improvement of the mechanical or physical resistance.
